The Full Tilt Online Poker Series held two events on Wednesday, and the day began with Event#16 which was a $200+$16 7 Game Mixed tournament. Eli Elezra was the host, but he failed to make any noise in his own tournament. ‘And Chips’ took home the gold FTOPS jersey along with $32,250 in cash money. Falling just short of winning the event was Full Tilt pro Maciek Gracz who took 6th place. Peter Feldman was the host of Event #17 which was a $300+$22 No Limit re-buy event. In a three way chop ‘StackedYa’ won $174,553.50, ‘AGame18’ took home $164,000.00, and ‘goodvibe’ was the winner of $153,043.00. |

The PokerStars ‘Super Tuesday’ took form last night and the $1K spectacle had a solid prize pool of $487,000. The player to claim the lion’s share of that prize pool was ‘Jemmert1983’ who took home first place and a whopping $92,530 payday. The other players to round the top five consist of ‘Sir_winalot9’ ($68,180), ‘johnnylodden’ ($49,918), ‘Jossel2008’ ($37,986), and ‘VARICO’ who took home $26,785. A big congratulation goes out to Jemmert1983 for first place. The CEREUS Network continues the $1K week with Wednesday’s $150K Guarantee. |

The 2010 European Poker Tour in Copenhagen rolled into Day 1b with 263 of the 423 players remaining. The top of the chip count list is full of Team PokerStars’ Pros as the pros are out to prove a point against all other players. Former World Series of Poker Champion Peter Eastgate ended Day 1b with the chip lead holding 120,000 in chips. Close behind Eastgate is Bertrand ‘Elky’ Grospellier who is sitting in 3rd place (114,000), Sebastian Ruthenberg sits in 7th place (80,000), and the other Team PokerStars Pro who finished the day in the top ten is Luca Pagano sitting in 9th (61,000). |

High Stakes Poker Season 6 got underway on yesterday as GSN made the debut on Valentine’s Day. The buy-in for the game was a minimum $200,000 and the big names were out in force. Names like Daniel Negreanu, Tom Dwan, Antonio Esfandiari, Phil Ivey, Andreas Hoivold, and of course the bad boy of poker, Phil Hellmuth. Phil Hellmuth didn’t get to stay long as he went through his $200,000 buy-in in a hurry and was shown the door. Phil Ivey was a big winner on the night walking away up over $325,000. The next episode will begin next Sunday at 8:00 PM ET on the Game Show Network. |

The Full Tilt Online Poker Series held three tournaments on Sunday as the grand daddy of them all had a prize pool worth $1.5 million. Event #10 was a $300+$22 No-Limit Hold’em tournament that had 4,682 players make their case for first place. Two players made a chop for the money when heads up play came around, and poker phenomenon Chad ‘jse81’ Batista took home the golden FTOPS jersey. For his win Batista was rewarded $225,000 and the player who he made the chop with was ‘Lilly79’ who took home $210,000. FTOPS will continue to roll on, so good luck to all the players that will participate and congratulations to Chad Batista. |
