Once again the Full Tilt Poker online poker room is in court, but this time they are the ones doing the suing. Clonie Gowen is the one being sued by Full Tilt as she claims that she is entitled to 1% ownership of the company. She claims there was an oral agreement amongst the parties and Full Tilt failed to live up to that promise. Full Tilt is suing Clonie Gowen in an effort to get her to confess that this ‘oral agreement’ never took place which would mean she is not entitled to the 1%. Full Tilt was recently sued by individuals who claimed Full Tilt was using ’bots’ against their online players.
