PokerStars is known for having some of the biggest tournaments that one can find online. This past Sunday, PokerStars broke their own world record by holding the largest online poker tournament in history. The $1 tournament saw 149,196 players enter, and the first place winner walked away with $50,000. Quite the investment IMO. ‘oskar69’ was the fortunate individual that was able to travel through this large field. PokerStars first broke the record with 35,000 entrants, and then later proceeded to set the record with 65,000. This time there was no cap for entrants, and PokerStars ended up having doubling the previous record.
